RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

Returns

 

If you are not entirely happy with the goods received, contact us by email at info@sharethelightcandle.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, to arrange return.   This applies in addition to your legal right to cancel in the cooling off period (see below)

 

If you return any goods in accordance with our terms and conditions, we will give you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

Damaged items

 

If the item is damaged upon receipt, send us a photograph including the original packaging by email to info@sharethelightcandle.co.uk within 5 working days and we will exchange it or refund the price paid including the delivery charge by the method used to pay for the original purchase.

Cancellation: Cooling-off period

You are entitled by law to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the goods.  If you decide to cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision, providing full details of your order – you can do this by email: info@sharethelightcandle.co.uk or by post to the above address.  You should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation.  We will refund to you (by the method used to pay for the original purchase) all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.  We may reduce the refund for loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss has been caused by unnecessary handling by you.

Undeliverable packages

A package may be 'undeliverable' and returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office. When an item is returned to us as an undeliverable package we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).  We will notify you and you are welcome to place a new order.
